TRANSCRIPTION

In Council Annapolis July   1811

Gentlemen,

You are requested by the Executive to proceed immediately to the purchase of fifty feet front of the ground you described in your communication of the fourth_______  and that you cause to be erected with all convenient dispatch and economy a substantial building thirty six feet by twenty feet and to be calculated to receive canon, military stores and small arms in boxes.
